Private Counseling for Grades 9-12
We provide assessment of each student’s background in academic, personal, and extracurricular pursuits from
the perspective of college admissions. We guide you and your family through the process of applying and choosing a
college from start to finish. This process is fully customized to suit a student’s individual needs and includes the following:
Curriculum Planning
Personalized guidance to structure your high school course selection for maximum potential.
Extracurricular Activity Resume
Discussion of the importance of extracurricular activity choices, summer plans, work and community involvement and creation of a resume.
Parent Consultations
Meeting with parents to discuss college application process, prepare for information sessions and college visits, and field questions throughout the search and decision making process.
College Match Assessment
Presentation of list of possible college matches, including varying levels of admissions risk. Continued discussion and reshaping of list of schools.
Campus Visit and Interview Preparation
Planning, monitoring and debriefs of campus visits, extensive interview preparation and understanding the process of college outreach.
Test Scheduling and Monitoring
Scheduling and understanding of test scores; planning prep courses as needed.
Guidance Department Coordination
Discussion of how to work with your school’s guidance department and Naviance as well as identifying teacher recommendation options.
Application Strategy
Forming a strategic plan to maximize admission schedule that considers the benefits of early vs regular decision, including wait list and deferral analysis.
Essay Preparation
Brainstorming and reviews to completion.
Applications
Common application completion, supplements and individual school applications.
Making the Final Decision
Family discussion on making a final college choice that matches your needs.

BETH HADDAD
Beth Haddad, owner of Quadra Educational Consultants, assists students in navigating the college admissions process, and guides them in gaining acceptance to their chosen post-secondary school. Whether a student wishes to gain admission to an elite university, a state university or a liberal arts college, she helps them achieve success by crafting a unique candidacy. Ms. Haddad travels the country visiting colleges and universities, speaking with admissions officers and talking with enrolled students to get an authentic perspective of campus life. She understands the application process, and as a result, her experience, knowledge, insights and guidance have proven beneficial to the students she has coached.
Beth Haddad, former partner at Krosney Rediker Educational Consultants, transitioned from a career as a television producer, telling compelling stories through investigative reports, syndicated daytime talk shows, financial television and large-scale corporate conferences to a new one as an educational consultant. She produced interviews with presidential candidates, Fortune 500 CEOs, Hedge Fund managers, congressional leaders and celebrities. She covered the economic and competitive aspects of the college admissions process while producing at CNBC.
She graduated from The University of Florida with a B.S. in Journalism.
